Across four days, we dive into essential topics: Whip Pops, Icarians, Washing Machines, Handstands and Standing (fundamentals & dance lifts). Each day focuses on one area, sharing key milestone exercises — not because they are “advanced,” but because they unlock many other movements once truly understood. Instead of collecting tricks, we strengthen the roots that allow your practice to grow all summer long.

This event is especially for those who feel “not advanced enough.” You don’t need big tricks or advanced skills — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to grow.
